Selecting Universities for MS CS

I'm planning ahead for applying to MS programs in Computer Science in the USA for Fall 2025. I'm aiming to get a head start on the process. I'm at the stage of making a list of universities to apply to and could use some guidance on what factors are important to consider in this selection process. If anyone is willing to share their experiences or any resources that helped them navigate through this journey, it would be incredibly helpful to me.
